1. Computer Programmer

  • Document functionality of applications to be rewritten.
  • Rewrite applications in .NET (MVC) with C# and Java.
  • Write MS SQL/MySQL stored procedures as necessary to interact with application(s).
  • Prepare regular progress reports and notes from progress meetings.
  • Prepare written scripts and code.
  • Design, code, and maintain associated interfaces
  • Testing and debugging the applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems or Information systems or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in software development or another related field.
  • Experience with Windows, Mac, and Linux.
  • Knowledge of .NET (MVC), JavaScript, HTML, MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle, Python, and web application development utilizing C#, Java.

2. O365 Support Engineer

As an Office 365 Support Engineer, your primary role will be as a Subject Matter Expert on diverse and challenging engagements. You will be responsible for the implementation and administration of Microsoft solutions and related technologies. Insight is looking for talented individuals who are passionate about emerging technologies and excited about the opportunity to work for industry-leading organizations!

What Youíll Do At Indic
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and related technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user permission issues related to SharePoint and Teams
  • Training userís on best practices related to SharePoint, Teams and OneDrive
  • Explain the SharePoint Teams and OneDrive Admin Centers and settings and be able to recommend and implement settings configuration changes
  • Build and configure SharePoint Document libraries and Lists
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams voice issues
  • Configure and build Microsoft Teams architecture including Channels, Tabs, Memberships and Configuration Settings
  • Perform administrative tasks that will include implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Work closely with other Insight teammates to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Monitor the Office 365 services and communicate to stakeholders the status of the services.
  • Troubleshoot Office 365 issues such as SharePoint access, document library and list views, content types and versioning
  • Day-to-day administration of Office 365.

What Youíll Need To Join Indic
  • 3 or more years of relevant industry experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience administrating Microsoft Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and related technologies
  • 1 or more years of Office 365 administration experience in an environment with at least 100 users.
